We went for a 3-d ultra sound tonight and got to see our precious baby!!! She wouldn’t wake up at all…a few yawns and kicks, but that was all we got!  She is probably going to be stubborn like her brothers!!!

Green project

I know I didn’t post last week, but our green project last week was to plant flowers and seeds that we had.  The kids had such a fun time getting dirty!!  This week my green project is a sewing project, but I can’t tell you what it is until next week because it is for a baby shower gift!!  Our recycling is going great and the kids are so excited about it!! 

I go to the doctor on Wend to see how big the baby is and next week we have our 3-d ultrasound so I should be able to post pictures after that one!!

Green Project

This weeks green project is going to be to start recycling again.  Ever since we moved into this house we have not been recycling because we saw the trash men put all of our recycling into the trash truck.  So instead of calling and complaining we just stopped recycling.  So this week I am going to call the trash company and complain and start recycling again

Going Green Project

For the month of March I am going to have a different “green” project every week (I got the idea from another blog).  It can be anything green from money to doing something good for the environment.  The first project is going to last all month.  We are going to try and save as much money as we can this month.  We are going to cut back anywhere and everywhere we can.

On another note, the baby is doing great!!  She is moving around like crazy.  I can not wait to meet her!!  I think we have come up with a name (but nothing is definite yet).  The name is Sarah Harper Noelle Barton.  We will call her Harper.  Sarah is my first name and it was also my granny and grandma’s name.  We just like Noelle.  Her “nook”  is coming along great!  I think we are going to go get the crib from my moms tomorrow.  I got a rug for that area of the room.  I will post pictures when I am done with it.  I also have a ton of clothes for her.  I went to a consignment sale about a week ago and bought a bunch of clothes, car seat and a few other things for an awesome price.

The older boys started soccer last week and loved it!  They are both doing great in school.  Kai just got done reading Treasure Island and Devin is just learning how to read!!  We are trying to tackle potty training with Tucker, but he is not too interested.  I don’t think he wants to take time away from playing to go to the bathroom, but hopefully by the time the baby gets here he will be out of diapers!!

School is finally over

Yeah!!! I made 4 A’s and 1 C .  I was really hoping for a B in psychology, but it didn’t work out  But I made A’s in all of my anatomy and physiology classes:)  I went to the doctor today for my check up and besides gaining way to much weight (what’s new) everything is fine.  We get to find out the sex on Jan. 13th!!!  They were going to schedule on the 8th, but that is when Devin’s surgery is to have his tonsils and adenoids removed and tubes put in his ears. He is going to hate us:(  Which that reminds me today we were walking back to the car from his Christmas party and he asked me why I always forgot his water bottle and I told him I guess because I am a bad mommy and he said “no your not”!!!  I thought that was sweet!!  I went to ride the pink pig downtown today with the boys and my cousin and her kids.  It was a lot of fun.  Tucker liked it the most.  I will post pictures if I can ever get them from my aunt!!  I have been really bad about taking pictures lately!!!

Crazy Week

I have so much stuff going on right now it is crazy!!  I worked today and have to go up to school tonight to work on a project for psyc. with our group, have a test tomorrow, bible study tomorrow (which I haven’t done), Thursday I am going to try and take Tucker to story time (oh, nevermind can’t do that b/c I have to go to the doctors) and Friday I have school and have to watch my friends kids after they get out of school.  I am feeling better!!  Sometimes I don’t feel that great, but am so glad I can eat stuff again.  Jeremy started his new job, but the hours right now stink because they are doing work at a school and can’t do it while the kids are there so he isn’t getting home until about 10.  I am so thankful that God provided him this job.  It could not have worked out any better.  For those of you who don’t know Jeremy worked for Circuit City and 4 days before they announced they were closing his store he got a new job!!  God is so awesome the way he works things out!!

8 years ago today

Jeremy and I got married!!  It seems like only yesterday.   We are going to wait a couple of weeks to go out (so I can actually eat).  As far as the pregnancy goes the doctors did the first ultrasound and changed the due date to the 28th.  They added 9 more days to my countdown to the second trimester.  So ready to be done with morning sickness.  As far as school we dissected brains and it went really well!!

Got my A&P grade

I made an A in both the lab and class portion of the first A&P!!!  I am so excited!!  Now only two more months and I will be done with the second.  Not looking forward to this portion, I found out we are going to be dissection brains, so I have to call the doctor tomorrow and see what they say about it.  Makes me want to barf thinking about it, hopefully it is towards the end of class so I won’t have morning sickness anymore.  Now off to study for my psych test!!!
